BOCA RATON, Fla. – Lynn University's men's basketball team added another piece for the future this week as head coach Jeff Price announced the signing of Braxton Bartlett to a National Letter of Intent.
"We are very excited to add a talented, young guard of Braxton's ability to our program," Price said. "He shoots the ball well, has great size and a strong basketball IQ."
Bartlett will step on campus next fall as a true freshman with the opportunity to make an immediate impact due to Lynn's large graduating class this season.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Bartlett moved to Oldsmar, Fla., where he was a four-year varsity starter for the Oldsmar Christian Eagles.
The 6-foot-5 shooting guard has already accumulated over 1,500 points in his high school career and was twice named first team all-county.
The Blue and White are currently in the midst of a stellar season, ranked No. 17 in the country while boasting a 13-2 overall record at the midway point of the conference regular season.
