Men’s Lacrosse Moves up to No. 15 in USILA Rankings

Perry, N.Y. – Despite having a bye week and not playing a game, Lynn University's men's lacrosse team moved up three spots to No. 15 in the USILA/Warrior and New Balance Coaches Poll, as announced by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association on Monday.

The Blue and White are 1-0 so far this season, defeating then-No. 7 NYIT in the squad's season opener, 19-5.

Lynn debuted in the USILA poll last week, the second release of the regular season, coming in at No. 18. The Fighting Knights were receiving votes in both the preseason and week one polls.

The Sunshine State Conference is also represented by Tampa (No. 9) and Saint Leo (No. 16). Rollins, Palm Beach Atlantic and Florida Southern are all receiving votes.

Additionally, the Blue and White held their post at No. 9 in the Nike/US Lacrosse Magazine Division II Men's Top 20 rankings, which can be found HERE.
