Overnight Camp

*SESSION I*


What:
The first overnight camp is a team-oriented camp for U12 and U14 and grad year ’23, ’24, and advanced ’25 players. Max players 70. This week runs directly up to the Florida Cup in Boca/Delray Beach. This camp is designed to help overall team strategies such as Ride/Clear, Full-field Transition, Man up, Man down, and scrimmaging. Group discounts of 12 or more. Your club coaches can work this camp. 

When:
Session I - Sunday, June 2, 7:00 p.m. to Thursday, June 6, 2019, 6:30 p.m.

Where:
Lynn University, Bobby Campbell Stadium and on-campus resident halls.

Cost:
$490. $100 non-refundable deposit. $100 price increase on March 3, 2019. 
Includes instruction, room and board, pool time, camp reversible, camp T-Shirt, and raffle prizes.

Who:
Camp Director - Brian Kingsbury, Lynn University men's lacrosse head coach
Coaching staff - Staff will include college coaches and current college players.

Age Groups:
U12 and U14 and grad year ’23, ’24, and advanced ’25 players

Schedule:
- Breakfast
- Session 1 – A practice run like a college practice. Full field drills and Education
- Lunch and pool time
- Session 2 – Individual skill development
- Dinner
- Session 3 – Scrimmaging

Equipment:
Overnight campers must provide their own helmets, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads, lacrosse stick and a mouth guard. Goalkeepers must provide their own chest protector and athletic support. Campers should bring their own shorts, shirts, swimsuits, socks, towel, water bottle, and sneakers/cleats. Please have two pairs of shoes -- one pair to be worn for indoor activities, and the other to be worn outside on grass.

Fly into Fort Lauderdale (FLL) or West Palm Beach (PBI)

*SESSION II*

What:
Lynn University’s summer camps are run by college coaches and players. The overnight camps are for boys entering 4th-10th grade. Lynn University's lacrosse camp is an instructional based camp, where teaching is through games and drills. With our 6:1 staff to camper ratio, your child will have fun learning lacrosse in a fast-paced, safe environment.

When:
Session II - Sunday, June 9, 6:00 p.m. to Thursday, June 13, 2019, 6:30 p.m.

Where:
Lynn University, Bobby Campbell Stadium and on-campus resident halls.
 
Cost:

7:00 am -- Wake-up
7:00-7:45 am -- Breakfast
9:30-12:00 pm -- Session I
12:00 pm -- Return to Dorms
1:15-2:00 pm -- Lunch
2:00-4:00 pm -- Down and pool time
4:30-6:30 pm -- Session II
6:30 pm -- Return to Dorms
7:00-7:45 pm -- Dinner
8:30-10:00 pm -- Box lacrosse session
11:00 pm -- Room check

Lynn University's men's lacrosse ID Camp is for high school aged lacrosse players (rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors) who have an interest in playing college lacrosse. This is an instructional, but mostly GAME oriented camp. Your lacrosse skill will be evaluated by college coaches. 

When:
Saturday, June 8th, 2019
9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Where:
Lynn University
Bobby Campbell Stadium 

Cost:
$125

Session I, lunch, campus tour, NCAA compliance talk, and session II
