Lakeland, Fla. – Lynn University's men's soccer team was held off the scoreboard for the first time this season in a 1-0 loss at Florida Southern on Saturday night.

  • Florida Southern scored the only goal of the match off a corner kick in the 37th minute.

  • The Fighting Knights and Florida Southern were even in shots 16-16
  • Lynn held a 11-2 edge in corner kicks.
  • Jonny DeMoya posted seven saves.

  • DeMoya's seven saves were one shy of tying his career-high.
  • This is only the second loss to Florida Southern in program history and first to the Mocs in Lakeland, Fla.
