FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. – After a historic Friday night, Lynn men's swimming looked to charge through Day 2 of its first-ever meet. Mohamed Masmoundi continued his strong showing led by his third-place finish in the 1000-freestyle at 9:44.18.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

  • Olejnik posted a 48:36in the 100 free.
    • Bush finished at 56.61.
    • Brown swam a 48.92.
    • Dunne posted a 51.63.
    • Wootton swam a 51.64.
    • Thomas finished at 51.95.
  • Varon swam 1:00.94 in the 100 breaststroke.
    • Olejnik finished at 1:01.17.
    • Alvarez posted a 1:01.97.
    • Julian Perez swam 1:08.74.
  • In the 100 backstroke Thomas posted a 54.98.
    • Brown finished at 56.75.
    • Wootton swam 1:00.75.
  • Masnmoudi swam 4:11.38 in the 400 IM.
  • Varon finished the 100 butterfly at 56.23.
    • Perez swam a 1:02.60.

- In the 400 freestyle relay Thomas, Brown, Masmoundi and Olejnik posted a 3:14.07.
