Boca Raton, Fla. – Lynn University's men's swimming program continues to show consistent improvement in its first season, winning a season-high eight events in a 151-110 defeat to Florida Tech on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Malek Masmoudi is becoming a regular in the winner's circle, posting three event victories, one each in the 1000-free, 200-fly and 200-IM.
- Daniel Varon swept the 100 and 200-breaststroke events, winning with times of 1:01.32 and 2:18.84, respectively.
- Thomas Labarias, Aleksander Olejnik and Dalton Brown each won event to round out the list of Fighting Knights which topped the podium.
BEYOND THE HEAT SHEET:
- Eight event victories and a 110 dual meet score are both new season-highs for the men's team in its inaugural season.
- Masmoudi has won at least won event in three of Lynn's duals this season.
- Brown's win was the first of his career.
