Senior (2018-19): Participated in all 10 meets for the Fighting Knights and the NCAA Division II National Championship…received CSCAA All-America Honorable Mention recognition for the 200 breaststroke and 400 individual medley, becoming the fifth different swimming in program history to garner multiple All-America honors in a single season…earned CSCAA Scholar All-America recognition...named an All-Sunshine State Conference First Team selection…named to the Google Cloud/CoSIDA Women’s At-Large Academic All-District First Team…became just the second swimmer in program history to win four individual and one relay medal at the SSC Championship…swam personal-best times in the 100 breast (1:02.96), 200 breast (2:15.88), 200 IM (2:02.10) and 400 IM (4:19.08) all at the SSC Championship (2/21-24)…won silver medals in the 200 breast and 400 IM and bronzes in the 100 breast and 200 IM while being part of the bronze medal 400 medley relay squad that earned the first qualification to the NCAA D2 Championship…swam the 100 breast, 200 breast, 200 IM and 400 IM at the national championship, finishing 12th in the 200 breast and 15th in the 400 IM…earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

Sophomore (2016-17): Second Team All-Sunshine State Conference…CSCAA Honorable Mention All-American (400 IM)…competed in all six meets…logged 16 top-three finishes, including eight first-place performances…had her season-best 100 fly (57.39) at the Panther Invite (11/19)…appeared in six A-Finals (100 back, 200 IM, 200 breast, 400 IM, and the 200/400 medley relays) and a B-Final (400 free relay) at the Sunshine State Conference Championship (2/16-19)…claimed the silver medal with a season-best and a NCAA B-Cut 400 IM (4:24.08) on night two of the SSC Championship (2/17)…set more season-record times in the 100 breast (1:04.58), 200 breast (2:19.13) and the 200 IM (2:04.94) at the SSC Championship…finished seventh overall in the consolation finals of the 400 IM (4:29.58) at the NCAA Division II National Championship (3/9) to earn CSCAA Honorable Mention All-America honors…earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

Freshman (2015-16): Attended Limestone College...teammates with current Fighting Knight Laia Coma...set school record in the 100 IM (1:01.62) and is tied for the program led in the 100 fly (57.33)...

High School: the Portsmouth Grammar School...finished sixth at the English Nationals in the 100m fly in 2013...South East Schools National Final team captain.

Personal: Born June 30, 1997...daughter of Martin and Lesley Hughes...environmental science major...enjoys windsurfing, sailing, horseback riding and skiing in her spare time.
