    Lynn University head men's and women’s tennis coach Mike Perez has announced the hiring of Petar Danolic as the new assistant coach for both programs. A veteran of the tennis community, Danolic joins the Fighting Knights following a three-year stint as assistant men’s tennis coach at the University of Miami.

    Lynn University's top-ranked women's tennis team was selected as the third seed in the South Region on Tuesday evening and will head to Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for the preliminary rounds of the NCAA Division II Championship at the beginning of next week. The Fighting Knights return to the NCAA Tournament for the 23rd consecutive season.

    Leolia Jeanjean of the Lynn University women’s tennis team was announced as the 2019 Sunshine State Conference Player of the Year on Wednesday, as voted on by the league’s women’s tennis coaches. In singles, Jeanjean and Ulyana Grib were each named All-SSC First Team, Federica Mordegan was tabbed All-SSC Second Team and Eleonora Liga picked up Honorable Mention plaudits. Jeanjean and Grib were also selected to the All-SSC First Team Doubles.
