We are pleased to share the student-athletes’ success in the classroom as the Fighting Knights earned a 3.27 department GPA for the semester. An impressive 38 students posted a perfect 4.0 GPA in the spring. The Fighting Knights shined in the classroom during the 2017-18 academic year with a department GPA of 3.32, while 210 student-athletes earned a 3.0 GPA or better.

The Lynn University athletic department hosted its seventh annual Student-Athlete Recognition Awards show on Wednesday evening, handing out a record 44 awards to Fighting Knight student-athletes while also inducting the 18th Hall of Fame class.

After inking one athlete during the fall signing period, Lynn University’s head cross country and track coach Chris Wood announced the addition of five student-athletes to the program for the 2018-19 season.
Despite less-than-perfect weather conditions at the meet, the Lynn University track team picked up a pair of top-10 finishers in the 800-meter run and saw four personal records fall on the final day of competition at the Spikes Classic hosted by Embry-Riddle.
