BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Lynn women's and men's swimming teams opened the 2025-26 season with dominant wins over Barry on Saturday afternoon. The women cruised to a 183-48 victory, while the men earned a 172-48 win.
Lydia Douthit led the way with three wins — the 100 and 200 butterfly along with the 200 medley relay. Including relays, 13 different Fighting Knights collected multiple victories.

Luz Tapia won the 200 Yard Medley Relay with a time of 1:47.89
- Coming in second was the relay team of
Alexis Mihok,
Malaika Schneider,
Ciara Twomey and
Lily Drons in 1:48.94

Eva Stacey (10:41.00) won the 1000 Yard Freestyle with
Ally Webster taking second place (11:01.07)
- Stacey later won the 500 Yard Freestyle in 5:12.53 with
Adel Pal (5:22.85) and
Nina Kman (5:26.69) also in the top three
- Douthit won the 100 Butterfly in 56.31 as Twomey took second in 57.55 and Drons placed third in 1:00.89
- Tapia won the 200 Yard Freestyle (1:57.02) with Pal (1:59.65) and
Molly Miller (2:03.26) placing second and third

Maggie Morse (1:09.89) in the 100 Yard Breaststroke by .02
- Piascinska won the 100 Yard Breaststroke in 57.99 with Mihok placing second in 1:01.42
- The Fighting Knights took the top three spots in the 200 Yard Butterfly in Douthit (2:03.54),
Mariele De Santis (2:04.16) and Twomey (2:16.46)
- First in the 50 Yard Freestyle was Schneider (24.72), followed by Drons (24.90) and
Krystina Zavalaga
- Schneider also won the 100 Free in 53.75 as teammates
Jade Chamblee (56.23) and
Ella Mruk (58.05) took second and third
- De Santis won the 200 Yard Backstroke by nearly six seconds in 2:05.18
- The top two times in the 200 Yard Breaststroke were Webster (2:27.35) and Eiswirth (2:31.55)
- Webster also swam the 200 Yard IM in 2:09.69
- The relay team of Tapia, Drons, Pal and Schneider swam the 400 Free in 3:34.47

Efe Guler won the 1000 Yard Freestyle in 9:34.95, while Elie Spivak placed second in 9:58.38
- Kostin won the 200 Freestyle by nearly six seconds with a time of 1:38.54

Maurice Grabowski (50.07), Geisner (50.88) and Washington (51.30) took the top three spots in the 100 Yard Backstroke
- Hart led all swimmers in the 100 Yard Breaststroke in 1:00.16

Emre Sungur placed first in the 200 Butterfly in 1:57.18 with Lopez-Romero taking second (1:58.22)
- It was all Blue and White in the 50 Freestyle as Constable won in 20.44, with
Brayden Moore (21.21) and
Paul Melcer (21.78) also showing
- Constable (48.53) just outpaced Kostin (48.54) in the 100 Yard Butterfly, with Geisner taking third (51.03)
- Grabowski, Moore and Patrick Deevey owned the top three times in the 100 Freestyle in 46.64, 46.82 and 48.92
- Geisner (1:56.21), Melcer (1:58.41) and
Chase Gagnon (2:03.30) were top three in the 200 Backstroke
- Guler won the 500 Freestyle in 4:37.64, with Spivak and
Jackson Butcher also placing in the top three in under five minutes
- Sungur swam the 200 Yard IM in 1:58.06
- The team of Kostin, Grabowski, Hobbs and Constable swam the 400 Freestyle Relay in 3:05.08
