Tamryn Betts, who recorded personal-best times in both the 200m and 400m to lead the Fighting Knights. Betts placed fourth in the 200m (25.77) and added a runner-up finish in the 400m (59.50), while
Emma Smith contributed a sixth-place finish in the 400m to round out a productive day for the Blue and White just one week ahead of the Sunshine State Conference Championship.
