Cross Country: Ran his collegiate best 5K at the Florida Atlantic Cross-Country Invitational in 17:02.0 (9/1)....ran his collegiate best 6K at the UCF Cross Country Invite in 22:06.4 (10/1)....ran his collegiate best 8K at the Sunshine State Cross Country Championship in 29.02.3 (10/23)...earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

Personal: Son of Gilbert Cardec Jr. and Pamela Cardec...has three siblings, Gillian, Elizabeth, and Kaitlin...majoring in Finance.
