Mike Greisl

Mike Greisl was named the Lynn University men's and women's swimming assistant coach in September of 2021. He brings with him seven years of collegiate coaching experience at the Division II and III levels. He began his career coaching at his alma mater, the University of Mount Union, where he focused on organizing practices and recruiting student-athletes. In his first two seasons with the program, the women's team won two conference titles, and the men's and women's teams combined to break 12 school records and send two swimmers to the NCAA championships.

Grisel went on to serve as an assistant coach at Limestone College for two seasons. There, he coached two athletes to All-American status and qualified six relays for the NCAA championships, with five relays earning All-American honorable mentions.

After two years with Limestone, Greisl returned to the University of Mount Union where he helped set seven new school records, as well as a conference record in the 800 free relay.

Greisl graduated from Mount Union with his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013.
