Biography
Junior (2021-2022): Participated in 8 meets for the Fighting Knights...swam season best 100 Y Breast (57.58) placing 15th and scoring 2 points, 200 Y Breast (2:10.92) and personal best 200 Y IM (1:59.68)...competed in the 200 Y Medley Relay (1:33.46) placed 12th and scored 10 points...400 Y Medley Relay (3:25.71) placed 13th and scored 8 points at the SSC Championships.
Sophomore (2020-2021): Participated in 3 meets for the Fighting Knights...swam personal best 100 Y IM (57.41) placing 7th and scoring 1 point at the NSU Dual Meet (1/30)...season best 100 Y Breast (58.80) placing 3rd at the Florida Tech Dual Meet...named SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
Freshman (2019-2020): Participated in 11 meets for the Fighting Knights…made his debut at the NSU Shark Invitational (10/11), competing in the 200 IM (2:07.20), the 200 Breast (2:18.26), and the 200 Free relay (1:34.85)…swam his best 100 Y IM against Keiser with a 57.97 (11/23)…named to the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.
High School: Attended Treasure Coast High School.
Personal: Born Sept. 23, 2000…son of Diana Arzuza-Varon and Diego Varon…has one sibling; Sofia…film and television production major.
