Cross Country: Ran his collegiate best 6K at the UCF Cross Country Invite in 19:27.2 (10/1)....ran his collegiate best 8K at the Sunshine State Cross Country Championships in 27:09.7 (10/23).....ran his collegiate best 10K at NCAA Division II South Region Cross Country Championships in 34:59.8 (11/6).

Cross Country: Ran a 27:26.2 at the 2019 Mountain Dew Gator Cross Country Invitational in the 8K (9/14)…earned Fall SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

Track: Ran a 4:16.42 at the Tampa Track Classic #2 in the 1500 (2/28).

Freshman (2018-2019)

Cross Country: Ran his collegiate best 5K at the Florida Atlantic University Collegiate Cross Country Invitational in 16:52.5 (8/31)…ran his collegiate best 8K at the Royals Challenge in 25:48.0 (10/12)…ran his collegiate best 10K at the NCAA Division II South Region Cross Country Championships in 33:31.1 (11/17)… earned Fall SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

Track: Ran his collegiate best 800 at the Tampa Track Classic in 2:01.77 (3/1) …ran his collegiate best 1500 at the Embry-Riddle’s Spike Challenge in 4:05.48 (3/29).

High School: Attended Plymouth North High School…eight-time Patriot Ledger All-Scholastic selection…First Team All-Northeast at Footlocker Northeast Championships…4:30 mile, 2:00 – 800m, 10:04 2 mile, and 16:00 5K running for the Eagles.

Personal: Born December 5, 1999…son of Kerri and Scott Ryder…has three siblings; Darby, Kaitlyn and Chris…enjoys running, writing, playing video games and hanging out with friends…journalism major.
