Sophomore (2023-24):
Track: Posted fifth in the 4x400 (3:30.64) and eighth in the 400 (PR – 51.92) at the Embry-Riddle Blue & Gold … Added third in the 4x400 (3:29.95) and seventh in the 800 at the STU Open Triangle … Ran a PR 51.92 in the 400 at the STU Under the Lights.
Cross Country: Finished in 120th place at the Florida Atlantic Invitational (21:13.8) … Ran his best 5k time of 19:50.31 and took 101st place at the Keiser Flagship XC Invitational … Finished in 68th place at the Ave Marie Invitational (35:27.89) … Fighting Knights’ eighth finisher, ran his best 8k time of 32:20.1 and took 100th place overall at the SSC Championships.
Freshman (2023): Ran personal bests in the 200 (24.84) and 400 (55.95) at the Embry-Riddle Spike’s Classic … Helped the 4x400 relay to third place (3:35.83) at the STU Spring Break 2 Meet.
