Cross Country: Ran in two meets…ran a 13:02.1 3K time at the Holloway Park XC Preseason Festival (9/2)…posted a 29:16 6K time at the Sunshine State Conference Championships (10/21)...earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.
Track:
Freshman (2016): Competed in all five meets...ran in her first ever collegiate race at the FAU Invitational (9/2)...posting her personal-best 5K time at the Florida Tech Invitational (9/10) with a time of 22:09.10...had her best finish at the Moccasins Invitational (9/17) where she finished in 19th place...clocked a personal-best 6K time of 24:48.56 at the Sunshine State Conference Championships (11/5)...earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.
High School: Attended Naugatuck High School where she ran cross country…set her PR 5K time at the Naugatuck Valley League Championships, clocking in at 21:10.97…was awarded the team player award, MVP and was named All-Naugatuck Valley League.
Personal: Born August 13, 1998...daughter of Shirley Braziel...has three siblings; Marissa Morin, Samantha Morin and John Braziel…majoring in marketing.
