Cross Country: Ran in four meets…set her personal-best in the 5K with a time of 20:50 at the Royals XC Challenge (9/29)…ran a 12:14.3 3K time at the Holloway Park XC Preseason Festival (9/2)…posted a 26:06.1 6K time at the Sunshine State Conference Championships (10/21)…recorded a 25:27.4 6K time at the NCAA Division II South Region Championships (11/4)...earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

Track: 

Freshman (2016): Ran in four of the five meets, posting one top-10 program time in the 6K...made her collegiate debut and had her best finish of the year at the FAU Invitational (9/2) after coming in 17th...set her personal-best 5k time of 22:02.64 at the Florida Tech Invitational (9/17)...took home 46th place at the Sunshine State Conference Championships (11/5) after running a personal-best and the tenth fastest 6K time in program history of 24:11.68...earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

High School: Attended Broadwater Academy where she ran cross country and track…was a member of the 4x800m relay team that won the 2016 VISAA State Track and Field meet with a time of 10:52.37 that marked Broadwater's first-ever state championship in a relay event...set her personal-best time in the 5k where she ran a 20:36.34 for fourth place...notched 14 top-five finishes in the 5k...was named MVP and was also awarded the best attitude and the 110% awards.

Personal: Born August 3, 1998...daughter of Linda and Robert Paschall...majoring in sports management and education.
