Junior (2016-17): Swam in all six regular season meets…posted eight top-three finishes…set season-bests in the 50 free (26.15) in the Florida Tech/Saint Leo tri meet (10/14) and 100 back (1:02.13) at the Panther Invite (11/19)…participated at the SSC Championship (2/16-19), appearing in one A-Final (200 free relay) and three B-Finals (400 free relay and the 200 and 400 medley relays)…earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

Sophomore (2015-16): Swam in all seven regular season meets...posted 11 top-three finishes recording three first-place relay performances, two in the 200 free relay, vs. Rollins (11/14)/Lynn Sprint Invite (1/9) and one in the 200 medley relay (at Rollins-1/16)...set career-best times in the 100 free (55.02) and 100 back (1:01.87) during the Spartan Invitational (12/18-20) and the 50 back (29.70) at the Lynn Sprint Invite (1/9)...posted a season-best 50 free (26.39) at the Florida Tech/Saint Leo tri meet (1/26)...participated at the SSC Championship (2/18-21), appearing in two A-Finals (200 free relay and 400 free relay) and one B-Final (200 medley relay)...earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better. 

Freshman (2014-15): Appeared in six regular season meets…made her debut at the Saint Leo/Florida Tech (10/18) tri meet, competing in the 50, 100 and 200 free and on the 200 medley relay squad…set personal-best times in the 50 back (29.98) and 200 free (2:04.17) in the Saint Leo/FIT meet…participated in the Sunshine State Conference Championship (2/19-22) where she had career-best times in the 50 free (25.74), 100 free (55.14) and 100 back (1:03.95)…earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

High School: Attended Archbishop McCarthy High School…named her team’s MVP as a junior and senior…qualified for the FHSAA State Championship as a senior…swam the 50 & 100 freestyle, 50 & 100 backstroke, 50 & 100 breast stroke and 50 & 100 butterfly.

Personal: Born on June 24, 1996…daughter of Kathleen and Keith Armstrong…has one sibling; Kristen…undecided on major…enjoys reading, playing video games and hanging out with friends in her spare time.
