    Lynn University’s women’s track program was recognized for its academic excellence for the second consecutive season on Monday, earning an All-Academic Team Award from the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA).
  • Alewine Announced as Lynn Track/Cross Country Assistant Coach

    Lynn University’s track and cross country program, under the tutelage of head coach Chris Wood, has announced the hiring of Erin Alewine as its new full-time assistant coach on Monday afternoon. Alewine comes to Lynn from the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) where she has spent three seasons in an assistant coaching role for the Seawolves.

    Mount Olive, N.C. – Lynn University's women’s track program wrapped up its 2019 season on Sunday, participating in its second meet of the weekend at the University of Mount Olive, the NCAA Last Chance Qualifier. Both Madison Wells and Emmanuelle Le Tertre performed admirably for the Fighting Knights in their final appearances of the season.

    Tampa, Fla. – Lynn University’s women’s track team wrapped up its two-day competition at the University of South Florida on Saturday, participating in the Bulls Invitational, which featured some of the region’s top competitors on the Division-I and II levels. Alexandra Jones and Emmanuelle Le Tertre placed third in the 10,000m and 1,500m, respectively.

The Blue and White had several solid performances highlighted by personal bests for both Madison Wells and Lauren Leckenby and a new program record for Wells in the 200m.
  • Le Tertre Leads Women's Track on Day One in Myrtle Beach

    Myrtle Beach, S.C. – Lynn University’s women’s track team traveled to Coastal Carolina University, making good use of its spring break, to compete at the CCU Invite, which began on Friday morning. The Fighting Knights competed in five events on the day with Emmanuelle Le Tertre their top finisher, notching third-place in the 5,000m.
  • Track Takes Down DMR Record, Records Three Personal-Bests at Tampa Twilight

    Tampa, Fla. – Lynn University’s women’s track program continues to show improvement in its second year of official competition, breaking a program record for the second consecutive meet on Friday evening at the Tampa Twilight Invite. The distance medley relay team of Natalie Beck, Madison Wells, Chase Yoder and Emannuelle Le Tertre set a new program-best with a time of 12:38.6, one second better than the previous mark.
  • Women’s Track Smashes 4 x 400 Record to Open Season in Miramar

    Miramar, Fla. – Head coach Chris Wood’s preseason prediction came to fruition in the Lynn University’s women’s track program’s first meet of the season as the Blue and White took down the previous school-record in the 4 x 400 meter-race to highlight a banner opening day of competition. Chase Yoder, Emannuelle LeTertre, Madison Wells and Rachel Ramirez made up the quartet of Lynn’s record-breaking team.
