Lynn University

Drea Reyes serves as the Director of Athletic Facilities and Operations at Lynn University, a position she assumed in June 2026. Reyes began her career with Lynn Athletics as a student assistant before being promoted to a full-time gameday operations role in 2022. During her tenure, she has become an integral member of the department, overseeing the planning and execution of more than 160 home athletic events annually, training and coordinating event staff and student workers, and supporting the day-to-day operations of Lynn’s athletic facilities.

As Director of Athletic Facilities and Operations, Reyes oversees the operational needs of Lynn Athletics’ facilities while working closely with coaches, staff, student-athletes, and university partners to support the department’s 19 varsity sports and athletic events.

Reyes has also gained valuable experience on the international stage. In 2025, she worked with Manchester City Football Club during the FIFA Club World Cup, gaining experience in professional football and large-scale international sporting event operations. Most recently, in the summer of 2026, Reyes worked with the New Zealand Football team during the FIFA World Cup, further expanding her experience in international football operations.

Reyes earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Lynn University in 2022 and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Sports Management from Lynn University in 2023.
