Lynn University

Myles Petrie serves as the Assistant Director of Athletic Operations at Lynn University. Petrie joined the Lynn University Department of Athletics after graduating from Lynn in May 2026 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management.

A four-year member of the Lynn men’s soccer program, Petrie was part of the team that captured the 2024 NCAA Division II National Championship. His experience as a student-athlete provided him with a unique perspective on collegiate athletics and the day-to-day operations that support student-athletes and athletic programs.

During his time at Lynn, Petrie also gained valuable experience in professional and international soccer. In 2025, he served as an intern with Manchester City Football Club during the FIFA Club World Cup, gaining firsthand experience in large-scale professional sporting event operations. Most recently, in the summer of 2026, Petrie worked with the New Zealand Football team during the FIFA World Cup, further expanding his experience in international football operations.

In his role as Assistant Director of Athletic Operations, Petrie assists with the planning and execution of Lynn Athletics events, facility operations, game-day logistics, and the overall support of the department’s varsity athletic programs.
