Shania Collins brings world-class pedigree and a passion for athlete development to Lynn University’s track & field program, joining head coach Junior Cadet's staff in 2025. A former NCAA Division I standout, Collins began her career at the University of Texas before transferring to the University of Tennessee, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and set the all-conditions collegiate record in the 200m in 2018.

After college, Collins launched a six-year professional career, competing for Adidas and later Puma. She became the 2019 U.S. National Champion in the 60m and represented both Team USA and Team Liberia on the international stage—earning medals at the World Relays, NACAC Championships, and All-African Championships.

With a résumé that includes national titles, international podiums, and global competition experience, Collins now channels her expertise into coaching. Her philosophy emphasizes speed development, mental resilience, and a holistic approach to success—helping student-athletes thrive both on and off the track.
