Box Score BOCA RATON, Fla. – Lynn University's volleyball team was handed a 3-0 setback by 12th-ranked Palm Beach Atlantic at home Tuesday night. The nonconference defeat drops the Blue and White to 12-7 while the Sailfish pick up their 16th straight victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Set 1 | The Fighting Knights started strong, going point for point with the No. 12 team in the nation all the way until the score was 13-13. The Sailfish responded and went on a 7-0 run to create indefinite separation for the rest of the frame and take the early 1-0 game lead by a score of 25-19.
- Set 2 | PBA's top-notch front-line defense was the difference maker in the second as Sarah Ragland, the nation's leading blocker, boosted her squad to the tune of seven blocks in the stanza. Llorens dropped in six kills for the Fighting Knights and Lydia West added an effective five in a 25-18 setback to trail 2-0 at the break.
- Set 3 | Lynn spread the ball around in the third and fought hard to salvage a set victory with six different players getting involved in the attack. Llorens added three kills to venture into double figures but the home side dropped the set and match, 25-19.
STATS OF THE MATCH:
- Llorens was the only Lynn player with double-digit kills, recording 12 on the night at an effective .286 hitting clip. The senior added a team-high two aces, seven digs and two blocks.
- Tandron built off a dominant weekend, setting up teammates 29 times along with seven digs and two blocks. Katie Knight led the defense with 16 digs.
- Middles blockers West and Claire Angelich combined for six blocks and 11 kills.
- Cleuza Porto flirted with a double-double at nine kills and eight digs.
- The Sailfish finished with 11 blocks.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
- Before tonight's match, Angelich was honored after breaking the school solo block record in the match against Florida Southern. She recorded three blocks in tonight's matchup with the Sailfish.
- After dropping the first three matches of the year, the Sailfish are currently on a 16-match winning streak.
- Llorens has hit over .250 in three straight outings.
