BOCA RATON, Fla. – Lynn men's basketball was looking to go to 2-0 in Sunshine State Conference play when they played host to Barry. The Bucs blew a big lead but battled back late to win, 93-90.

STATS OF THE GAME:

• Brandon Bornelus led all scorers with 26. He added five rebounds and four assists.
• Darius Moore had a huge first half and ended the game with 23 to go along with two rebounds and three assists.
• Christian Peevy battled foul trouble but still finished with 16.
• Branden Ellis came off the bench and added 14.

BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:

• After Jordan Allen made nine threes in the Fighting Knights win over Clayton State, Moore went 7-for-8 and Bornelus went 5-of-6 from behind the arc.
• Speaking of Allen, he only played 90 seconds due to injury. He came into the game averaging a team-high 23 points per game.
• The last three matchups between Lynn and Barry have been decided by a combined five points.
