MELBOURNE, Fla. – Lynn men's basketball was playing without a couple of its top players and suffered a second Sunshine State Conference loss. This time to Florida Tech, 88-81.

STATS OF THE GAME:

• Christian Peevy scored a team-high 21 points. He added 13 rebounds to post a double-double.
• Branden Ellis got the start and took advantage scoring 20 points. He had eight rebounds.
• Darius Moore was also in double figures with 17. The starting PG added seven assists.
• Jamison Evans came off the bench and scored 11.

BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:

• The 11 points scored by Evans are a career-high for the freshman from Vermont.
