Box Score Miami Shores, Fla. – Lynn University's women's basketball team may be finding its late-season stride as it earned its second consecutive victory in Sunshine State Conference (SSC) play, downing Barry on the road 63-61. Dani Lozzi and Christina Potts led the Fighting Knights on offense with 14 points each.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lozzi regained her early season form, posting 14 points and ten boards while adding two assists and two steals, a true stat-stuffing effort from the sophomore from Horsham, England.
- Potts continues to improve as the season progresses, tallying 14 points and adding five rebounds, her seventh in the last eight games with 10+ points.
- Janay Williams joined Lozzi with a double-double, scoring 11 points and ripping down 11 rebounds, her third of the season.
- The Fighting Knights controlled the glass, outrebounding Barry 45-33.
- The Buccaneers knocked down 10 triples, but made just 15 two-point baskets.
BEYOND THE BOXSCORE:
- The double-double was the second of the season for Lozzi.
- Lynn avenges a home OT loss to the Buccaneers on Jan. 23, splitting the season series with Barry.
- The Fighting Knights' 15 wins are their most since 2012-13.
- This marks Lynn's third-straight road win and second in-a-row after losing three-straight.
- Nine wins in conference play are the most for Lynn since 2012-13 when it advanced to the NCAA Tournament.
POSTSEASON SCENARIO:
- The Blue and White will either be the six or seven seed in the upcoming SSC Tournament, pending Saturday's result. They currently hold a one-game lead on seventh-place Rollins, who matches up with first-place Florida Southern on the road on March 2 while Lynn will take on second-place Tampa at home.
