STATS OF THE MATCH:
- In the first set, the Fighting Knights got off to a hot start to go up 3-0. Nadia Lindner and Victoria Macaluso recorded four kills, with Lindner adding a service ace. Lauren Odom added on two kills, a solo block, and two block assist. Emily Edwards assisted on seven kills for the Fighting Knights to win the first set 25-18.
- In the second set, the Fighting Knights established an early lead of 9-5, but would eventually lose. Lindner tacked on another six kills to her total, while also having a block assist and another ace. Odom and Sonja Udovcic each added three block assists. Adrianna Casados recorded seven assists, but the Lions won the set 25-21.
- The third set saw the Fighting Knights get back to their form from the first set. Lindner added another six kills to her total. Odom, Macaluso, and Riley Nieporte recorded 3 kills. Odom and Morgan Browne added two block assist each on the same points, with Browne recording a block solo as well. The Fighting Knights won the set 25-19.
- The fourth and final set for the night saw the Fighting Knights start down 4-0, but go on to become victorious. Udovcic would lead the Fighting Knights in the final set with seven kills, in a six point stretch for the Fighting Knights she had four kills and a solo block. Lindner again added six more kills for the night. Edwards and Casados added eight assists. The Fighting Knights won the set 25-16.
- Lindner's 23 kills were a career-high for her, as she hit .413 for the match.
- Edwards tied her career-high with 29 assists, while Casados recorded her new career-high of 27.
- Odom led the team in blocks with one solo and seven block assists.
BEYOND THE BOX SCORE:
- Lindner's 23 kills propelled her to fourth in the SSC (204), as she has recorded double digits in the last eight games (120 kills). Her average per set is seventh in the SSC with 3.14. She is also fourth in the SSC in points (231.5).
- Odom's eight blocks move her to second in the SSC in total blocks (88) and average per set (1.33). Odom is first in solo blocks (24) and third in block assists (64).

Lynn will travel to Winter Haven, Florida this weekend for the South Region Crossover. Since they're currently ranked fourth in the SSC, they will take on the first, fourth and eighth seeds from the Gulf South Conference on Friday, Oct. 22 and Saturday, Oct. 23.
