STATS OF THE GAME:
- The game was never in doubt, as the Fighting Knights jumped out to a 10-0 lead and never looked back. They finished the first quarter leading 29-11 and the margin shrunk to single-digits again.
- In her first regular-season game as a Fighting Knight, Rachel Romich led the way with 16 points while shooting 4-5 from the three-point line. She added four rebounds, one assist and a steal.
- Romich was not the only newcomer to have a big debut. Kennedi Philson (13) and Brianna Sliwinski (11) each scored in double figures, with Sliwinski finishing just one rebound shy of a double-double.
- But it wasn't just the newcomers who loaded up the stat sheet. Trinity Edwards scored 13 points to go along with four assists and three steals, Uloma Enyogasi had nine points and five rebounds, and Loie Webb scored seven off the bench.
- Edwards and Danni Lozzi each dished out four assists to lead the way for the team.
- In what was truly a dominant performance, the Fighting Knights led the as a team in every positive statistical category. They outrebounded the Night Hawks by 19, and they ended up with 18 assists compared to just six for Thomas.
- As a team, The Fighting Knights shot 50.0% from the field and 40.0% from the three-point line.
- Corteney Louis, Tiarah Brown, Morgan Harper and Alexandra Baker all made their Lynn Fighting Knight debuts in the win.
