BOCA RATON, Fla. – The Lynn University women's soccer team defeated Florida National, 10-1, on senior day, Friday at Bobby Campbell Stadium. The 10 goals are the most for the Fighting Knights since they scored 18 in a win over Florida Memorial in 2019.
The win sends nine seniors out on high note as Lynn finishes the season at 6-8-1 overall and 3-6-1 in the Sunshine State Conference.
HOW IT HAPPENED:

- The Fighting Knights outshot the Conquistadors 26-9, including a 16-6 lead in shots on goal
- Lynn jumped out to a 6-0 lead at halftime and tacked on four goals in the second stanza
- Florida National's lone goal came on a penalty kick in the 81
st minute

Anniina Sankoh closed her Fighting Knight career by scoring five goals with one assist. Her five goals are just one shy of matching her career-best and she finishes her Lynn career with 48 goals
- Orschman finished the night with two goals and a school record six assists
- Sankoh scored the first three goals of the game inside the opening 20 minutes
- Orschmann scored Lynn's fourth goal in the 28
th minute and Sankoh connected on another shot at 29:06 as the Fighting Knights led 5-0
- Lynn's sixth and final goal of the opening half came off the foot of graduate student
