WINTER PARK, Fla. – Lynn University closed out its regular season on Saturday with a 3-0 shutout of Rollins. The win improves the Fighting Knights record to 23-5 overall and they close SSC play with a 15-4 mark.

The Fighting Knights carry a seven-match winning streak into the postseason following the victory over Rollins.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lynn hit .284 in the match and finished with 46 kills, 44 assists and 43 digs
- A 5-0 run in set one gave the Fighting Knights a 16-10 cushion behind two kills from sophomore

- Rollins rebounded to grab a 23-22 lead, but the Fighting Knights took advantage of an error on the Tars and senior
Nadia Lindner smacked a kill to knot things at 24

Paige Barash sealed the 26-24 win in game one
- The Fighting Knights sprinted out of the gates in the second set, using three separate 3-0 runs for a 9-3 lead
- Rollins pulled to within three at 13-10 before a 5-0 scoring jolt gave Lynn a 20-12 cushion

Kate Pestova all smacked kills late in the set to carry the Fighting Knights to the 25-15 win
- Lynn collected a 7-1 run in the third set that turned a 6-6 tie into a 13-7 advantage

Nikolija Katanic hit back-to-back kills for a 20-13 lead, while Barash and graduate student Morgan Brown each posted a kill late in the set for the 25-20 victory
