• The Fighting Knights went on the road to take on Florida Southern in the first round of the SSC conference tournament. Lynn split the two meetings with the Mocs in the regular season.
• Both teams put up big offensive numbers in the first quarter, with the Mocs taking a 19-18 first-quarter lead. Dani Lozzi and Trinity Edwards led the way in the first quarter combining for 12 of the team's 18 first-quarter points.
• Lynn flexed their defensive dominance that they have been showing all year in the second quarter. The Fighting Knights held Florida Southern to 18.2% shooting from the field.
• Lozzi and Edwards picked up right where they left off in the first quarter, combining for all 10 points in the quarter for Lynn. Uloma Enyogasi led the charge in the second quarter with two steals.
• Lynn uses a balanced first half to take a slim 28-26 lead at halftime.
• Edwards led the way offensively with 12 first-half points, followed by Lozzi with 10 of her own.

• The game would come down to the wire with big plays being made by both teams. Fighting Knights dominated the points in the paint and led with 10 total assists in the ball game.
• Free throws made down the stretch secured a 65-57 victory for the Mocs.
• Lynn would stay in the game defensively, holding Florida Southern to 37% shooting from the floor.
• Edwards would lead in scoring with 18 points, while also pulling down five rebounds for the game.
• Lozzi was right behind her with 12 points, to go along with 5 rebounds, and two steals.
• Enyogasi with a big second half finished with 11 points, five rebounds, and four steals.
