th-ranked Lynn women's tennis team traveled to the USTA National Campus on Friday and defeated Michigan Tech, 4-1. The Fighting Knights are now 10-1 with nine-straight wins.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Freshmen
Salma Djoubri and
Kristen Younes posted their second No. 1 doubles victory in two days when they defeated Dominika Bobik and Grace Eland, 6-2
- Djoubri and Younes are now 8-0 in doubles, including a 2-0 mark in the top flight
- Freshman
Dolores Molina and sophomore
Zofia Podbiol downed Neva Manas and Ewa Podulka, 6-2, at No. 3 doubles. It's their first win as a duo this spring
- Following the point in doubles play, the Fighting Knight earned wins in No. 2, No. 3 and No. 5 singles
- Younes captured the first singles win in the second flight with a 6-0, 2-0 (ret.) victory over Eland
- She is undefeated in her last seven singles matches at 7-0
- Senior
Giorgia Pigato picked up a win in the third singles flight with a 6-4, 6-2 victory over Podulka
- She is now 6-2 in singles this spring
- Molina handed Lynn the 4-1 win when she took down Manas in the fourth flight, 6-0, 6-1
- It was her first singles win in the fourth flight this season and she is 5-1 overall in singles play
