Isabella Clark each accounted for four points as the 14
th-ranked Lynn University women's lacrosse team rallied from a pair of early deficits to defeat Lee University, 15-11, Wednesday afternoon. The win is the third-straight for the Fighting Knights as they sit at 5-1 overall on the spring season.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Flames grabbed a 2-0 lead and later led 4-3 with 2:14 left in the first quarter
- Lynn rebounded with two goals inside the final 30 seconds of the first and two more early in the second quarter for a 7-4 cushion
- Clagett and sophomore
Kristyn Johnson each scored to open the second quarter for the Fighting Knights
- Johnson and junior
Sydney Hill scored at 6:07 and 5:22 showing in the second as Lynn increased its lead 10-6
- Sophomore
Mallory Jarka opened the third quarter with a woman-up goal just 36 seconds into action
- The Fighting Knights collected a 3-0 run later in the third frame to help seal the victory
- Lynn outshot Lee 30-25, finished a perfect 13-for-13 on clear attempts and outpaced the Flames 12-7 on caused turnovers

- Clagett scored three goals with one assist and three caused turnovers
- Clark handed out four assists
- Jarka scored three goals, while Hill, Johnson and junior
Diane Dohler each scored two goals with one assist
