PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – Lynn women's golf finished the National Preview with a second-place finish among 12 teams over three rounds on Monday and Tuesday. After opening rounds of 307 and 308, the Blue and White closed strong with a 297 for a final score of 912, +48.

Lynn led the field in total birdies as four golfers finished inside the top 20 among a field of 66 golfers: Amelia Ruiz Topali (+10, 7^th), Vanessa Ramirez (+11, T-8^th), Leelou Girault (+14, T-13^th) and Scarlet Weidig (+15, T-16^th). The Fighting Knights have finished in second place in two of their three tournaments to begin the 2025-26 campaign.

- The Fighting Knights posted rounds of 307, 308 and 297
- Ruiz finished in seventh place at +10 after rounds of 72, 77 and 77
- She had six birdies over her three rounds
- Ramirez finished tied for eighth, shooting +11 (80, 74, 73)
- She moved up six spots on the leaderboard on Tuesday with help from a 34 on the front nine
- Girault tied for 13^th with rounds of 75, 80 and 75 (+14)
- She had seven total birdies, including on two Par 3's in her opening round
- Weidig (80, 77, 74) tied for 16^th at +15
- She jumped 11 spots on the leaderboard in her final round, highlighted by a -2 stretch over holes 1-6
- Emilia Koskinen tied for 49^th place at +27
- She closed with a 75, including birdies on holes one and 16

FIGHTING KNIGHT STATS:
- The Fighting Knights had the best scoring average on Par 4's (4.35) and were second on Par 5's (5.15)
- Lynn's 31 birdies were the most among the field of 12 teams
- Ruiz tied for the best score on Par 4's (+3) while Ramirez tied for fifth (+6)
- Weidig tied for the lead in Par 5 scoring (-2) while Girault (E) was one of 11 players not over par
- Lynn posted the best score among the six SSC schools that competed
