MIRAMIR, Fla. – The Lynn men's and women's track teams combined for 11 wins at the Shark Invite on Friday night as the program continues to set school records.
HOW IT HAPPENED (Men):
- The men 4x100 started off the meet by taking first place
- McLain Zendejas,
Paul Mosley,
Julian Donaldson, and
Isaiah Bryant broke a program record in 41.61
- Senior
Luke Sweatman secured first place in the 1500m with a time of 3:55.67
- In the 3000m steeple,
Joseph Haynes took first with a time of 9:52.92;
Ethan Friedman followed in second place with a time of 12:15.03

Denzel Rigaud took third place and broke the school record in the 110m hurdles with a time of 16.34
- Following Rigaud was
Ethan Poitier in fourth with a time of 17.25
- In the 100m, Donaldson took second with a time of 10.98
- Freshman
Tyler Barrios placed third in the 800m with a time of 1:58.50
- Rigaud took first place in the 400m with a time of 57.68

Ethan Poitier came in fourth with a time of 1:01.27 while
Max Reid came in fifth at 1:04.10
- Mosley won the 400 with a time of 47.92
- Robert Lebrun followed in third place with a time of 48.33

Justin Dewar took sixth place (50.05) and Bryant finished in seventh (50.22)
- Mosley also took first place in the 200 with a time of 20.92
- Lebrun again followed in third place with a time of 21.87 and Bryant's 22.29 was good for fifth
- After a long battle,
Joshua Uhrig took second in the 5000m in 15:31.64
- Chris Cotilla placed fourth shortly after with a time of 16:16.35 and
Renzo Almeida took sixth with a time of 16:23.45
- In the 4x400m Rigaud, Mosley, Bryant, and LeBrnn took first with a time of 3:15.40
HOW IT HAPPENED (Women):
- The women 4x100m also started off the track meet by taking first place

Mira Akan,
Tessa Bray, and
Alijah Giustino set a program record as well with a time of 48.54

Skyler Gillett took sixth place in the 1500m with a time of 5:00.44 while
Mia Gagliardi placed 16th (5:11.03)
- In the 3000m steeple, freshman
Jessica Lombardo took second in 12:24.36

Kalei McPherson won the 100m hurdles in 18.10 while
Abigail Brown followed in seond with a time of 18.70 and
Brooke Bond took third in 19.55
- Akan's 12.24 in the 100m set a school record and placed second at the meet
- Smith came in second (12.60) and Bray came in third (12.61)
- Sophomore
Angelina Howard finished third in the 400m (1:02.15) with Giustino (1:04.79 – 6
th) and
Alaiah Young (1:06.22 – 7
th) not far behind

Lily Koch took eighth in the 800 with a time of 2:25.77 and Lombardo finished in ninth (2:26.30)
- Akan set three records including taking the 400m hurdles again with a time of 1:04.27 and finishing in first
- Bond followed in third with a time of 1:12.81.
- In the 200m, Smith placed second (26.21), Bray finished third (26.33) and Giustino came in eighth (27.44)
Lastly in the 4x400m Giustino, Smith, Howard, and Akan took first place with a time of 4:02.59 for a program record
