MIAMI SHORES, Fla. – Lynn catcher
Ivan Herrera slugged two homers and drove in six runs as the Fighting Knights won the rubber game against Barry 10-2 Saturday afternoon.
Lynn is now 18-13 this overall season and 7-8 in the Sunshine State Conference.

Blake Mayberry and
Jesse Robinson led off the game with singles but were left stranded
- A solo homer in the bottom of the first gave the Buccaneers a 1-0 lead
- A 4-6-3 double play erased a leadoff single for Barry in a scoreless bottom of the second inning
- Starting pitcher
Noah Lucia struck out two batters in the bottom of the fourth
- The Bucs took a 2-0 lead in the fifth inning on a double and RBI single

Ivan Herrera tied the game on a two-run homer to left in the top of the sixth inning

- Herrera went 4-for-9 with three home runs and seven RBI in the series

- After snapping a 16-game hitting streak on 3/14, Fowler has hit safely in his last nine games, totaling 11 hits over his last five contests
- Robinson went 3-for-5 and is tied for the team lead with 31 runs scored this season
