MELBOURNE, Fla.- The Sunshine State Conference has released its 2024-25 All-Conference teams and Lynn University graduate student
Jess Knight was named to the Second Team.

A native of Hanover, Mass., Knight was sixth in the SSC in regular season scoring (15.6 ppg), second in rebounding (8.2 rpg), fourth in blocks (1.1 bpg) and seventh in field goal percentage (48.1%).

Knight started 27 games and paced the Fighting Knights with 435 points and 228 rebounds. She finished the season with a staggering seven double-doubles, scored a season-high 30 points in the fourth game of the season at Valdosta State and added 28 points on 9-of-17 shooting in Lynn's 78-67 win over Florida Southern.

Over the course of her season as a Fighting Knight, she picked up two SSC Player of the Week nods including a Defensive Player of the Week honor on Mar. 3, 2025. For her career, she has amassed 1,429 points, 830 rebounds, 157 blocks, 91 assists and 53 steals in four years of play.
