Mosley named Sprinter of the Year, Five Fighting Knights named to All-SSC teams

MELBOURNE, Fla.- The Sunshine State Conference unveiled its 2025 All-Conference award winners as the Fighting Knights featured five honorees amongst six events. Blue and White phenom Paul Mosley was named the SSC Sprinter of the Year with first team honors in the 100 meters, 200 meters and 4x400 relay. Meanwhile, Collin Clark was named to the first team for his excellent performance in the 400 meters along with fellow 4x400 teammates Justin Dewar and Isaiah Bryant. Distance specialist Luke Sweatman capped off the All-SSC honors, taking home second team honors in the 800 meters and 1500 meters.

Mosley has pieced together an incredible junior season in 2025, capped off with being named the SSC Male Athlete of the Meet at the inaugural SSC Championship meet. The Fighting Knight junior took home first place in both the 100 meters (10.40) and 200 meters (20.61) at the SSCs. He also set the Lynn school record in the 200m at the Championship.

Clark went on to win the 400 meters in 47.29 at the Championshi. He currently holds all 10 of Lynn's record-setting times in the event with his SSC Championship performance ranking seventh among them. His best time in 2025 came just last weekend at the UCF Knights Invite where he blazed a perfect time of 46.72. Clark also placed fifth in the 200 meters at 21.81.

Mosley and Clark were joined by Dewar and Bryant in the 4x400 relay in which the quartet took home the gold with a time of 3:13.96.

Sweatman took home two top-three finishes in distance events at the meet including the 800 meters and 1500 meters. In the 800m, Sweatman went 1.51.98 for a second place finish while he placed third in the 1500 meters at 3:53.22. Among the Fighting Knight record books, Sweatman currently holds the top eight spots in the 800 meters and all top ten spots in the 1500 meters.
