BOCA RATON, Fla. – On a rainy Senior Day, Lynn exploded for 17 hits in a 15-4 win over Nova Southeastern on Sunday.
Cole Fowler hit his SSC-leading 17
th and 18
th home runs,
Jesse Robinson homered and scored four times and
Leon Paulino went 4-for-5 with four RBI.
Nathan Shane took the hill for the Fighting Knights and struck out nine batters over six innings to pick up the win.
Lynn secured its first 30-win season since 2017, finishing the regular season at 30-16. The Blue and White set a program record with 19 conference wins in 2025.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Sharks jumped out to a 2-0 lead, starting the game with a single and home run
- Fowler singled and Paulino doubled in the bottom of the first but the Fighting Knights were unable to score in the inning
- In a scoreless top of the second, Shane struck out two batters for the second straight inning
- NSU loaded the bases in the top of the third but Shane recorded a swinging strikeout to end the frame
- Lynn took the lead in the fourth, rallying for four runs
- Robinson singled and Fowler slugged a two-run shot to right to tie the game
- Paulino singled,
Juan Carlos Camarena walked and each later scored on a single by
Amaris Harrison and double by

- Shane ended a scoreless top of the fifth with a strikeout
- Robinson led off the bottom of the fifth by pulling a solo homer over the left field wall
- Shane struck out two more in the top of the sixth

Bryant Zayas led off the bottom of the sixth with a broken-bat double to left
- Zayas scored on
Blake Mayberry opposite-field single for a 6-2 Lynn lead
- Later in the inning, Paulino's base hit scored Mayberry to give the Fighting Knights a five-run cushion
- Following a near-three hour rain delay, the Sharks scored a pair of runs in the top of the seventh to climb within three, 7-4
- The Fighting Knights responded with a five-run inning
- Zayas hit a triple to score Harrison and Mayberry knocked in Zayas with a double
- Paulino hit a bases-clearing triple for three more runs and a 12-4 Lynn advantage
- Zayas singled and Robinson walked in the eighth inning
- On possibly the last play ever at the Lynn baseball complex, Fowler slugged an opposite-field three-run homer and the game was called
FIGHTING KNIGHT STATS:
- Fowler leads the SSC in batting (.435), OPS (1.280), hits (87), home runs (18), total bases (162) and slugging (.810)
- He has five multi-homer games this season and seven as a Fighting Knight
- Robinson went 3-for-5 with a homer, four runs, RBI and two walks and has scored 51 times this season
- Mayberry recorded his 20
th multi-hit game of the season while scoring and driving in two
- His 19 doubles this season are the 8
th most in program history
- Paulino's 151 career RBI are the third most in program history
- Zayas had three hits, including a double and triple

- Shane's nine strikeouts were the most by a Lynn pitcher this season
- Lynn has scored 10+ runs 12 times this season
- The Fighting Knights finished their regular season with a .305 team batting average
- The Blue and White are 23-7 over their last 30 games
- Lynn is hitting .345 with a .949 OPS since April 1 while holding opponents to a .245 batting average and .613 OPS
