Dominik N'gatie has been named SSC Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week.
N'gatie powered the nation's top-ranked Fighting Knights to a 4-2 road win at No. 13 Nova Southeastern on Sept. 24, finishing with two goals and an assist. He opened the scoring in the 21st minute, tied the match in the 53rd, and later assisted on
Robin Muenst's game-winning goal.
The Munich, Germany, native has been on a scoring tear, netting six goals in his last four outings. He currently leads the SSC in goals per game (1.2) and points per game (2.6), while sharing the league lead in goals (6) and points (13) despite appearing in just five matches.
The No. 1 Fighting Knights return to action on Wednesday, Oct. 1, hosting Embry-Riddle at 6:00 p.m. at Bobby Campbell Stadium.
