MIAMI SHORES, Fla. - The Lynn University women's golf team delivered a strong performance on Tuesday, finishing fourth at the Buccaneer Invitational at Miami Shores Country Club.
The Fighting Knights closed the tournament with a three-round total of 880 (+28) after posting rounds of 296, 288, and 296. Lynn finished just one stroke behind co-runner ups Palm Beach Atlantic and Barry (879), while Nova Southeastern claimed the team title at 878 (+26).
Amelia Ruiz Topali led the Blue and White with a T-4 finish at +5, while
Emilia Koskinen and
Vanessa Ramirez each secured top-10 finishes, tying for 10th at +7.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Ruiz Topali paced Lynn with a T-4 finish at +5, shooting rounds of 74, 73, and 71, closing the tournament with an even-par final round
- Koskinen finished T-10 at +7, highlighted by a 70 (-1) in the second round before carding a 74 in the final round
- Ramirez also tied for 10th at +7, opening with a 72 (+1) before rounds of 75 and 73 to remain inside the top 10

Scarlet Weidig placed T-13 at +9, recording rounds of 74, 70, and 78 during the three-day event

Leelou Girault rounded out Lynn's scoring with a T-29 finish at +18, posting rounds of 77, 76, and 78
