LAKELAND, Fla. - The Lynn baseball team earned a Saturday split on the road against Florida Southern, using a dominant offensive performance in Game 1 to secure a 10-1 victory before falling 9-3 in the nightcap. The Fighting Knights jumped out early and controlled the opener behind timely hitting and strong pitching, while the Mocs responded in Game 2 with a decisive third inning that proved to be the difference maker to take the Sunshine State Conference series.

HOW IT HAPPENED (Game 1):
- Lynn wasted no time jumping on the board, capitalizing on multiple early miscues to plate four runs in the opening frame, highlighted by a two-RBI double from

- The Fighting Knights continued to apply pressure in the second, manufacturing another run on a sacrifice fly from
