ORLANDO, Fla. - Amelia Ruiz Topali and
Emilia Koskinen have been recognized among the Sunshine State Conference's elite, earning All-SSC honors as announced by the league office on Wednesday. Ruiz Topali was named to the All-SSC First Team for the second season in a row, while Koskinen garnered Second Team accolades.
Ruiz Topali continues to solidify her place as one of the top players in NCAA Division II, earning First Team honors following a standout 2025-26 campaign. The junior enters postseason play ranked No. 16 nationally and No. 10 in the South Region, while leading the Fighting Knights with a 72.9 adjusted scoring average across 29 rounds.
A consistent force at the top of the Lynn lineup, Ruiz Topali delivered strong performances throughout the season, highlighted by a runner-up finish at the Sunshine State Conference Championship. She added multiple top-10 finishes across a challenging national schedule, helping guide the Fighting Knights to five top-three team finishes and a No. 6 national ranking.
Koskinen earns her first All-SSC honor after putting together an impressive sophomore season for the Blue and White. Ranked No. 30 nationally and No. 18 in the South Region, she posted a 73.6 adjusted scoring average over 29 rounds while consistently contributing in Lynn's scoring lineup.
Koskinen closed the spring season in strong form, tying for fifth at the SSC Championship and finishing 11th at the Lynn Invite. Her steady play and ability to deliver in key moments have been instrumental in Lynn's success throughout the year.
Together, Ruiz Topali and Koskinen have anchored a Lynn squad that has remained among the nation's top programs all season. Their performances have played a key role in the Fighting Knights' postseason push, as Lynn prepares to compete in the NCAA South Regional next week.
With two of the conference's top performers leading the way, the Fighting Knights will look to carry their momentum into the postseason and continue their pursuit of a national championship.
