BOCA RATON, Fla. - The Lynn University men's tennis team turned in a complete performance on Friday afternoon, earning a 6-1 win over Eckerd College in Sunshine State Conference action.
With the win, the Fighting Knights improve to 9-7 overall and 2-3 in the SSC.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Blue and White opened strong in doubles play, capturing all three courts to take early control of the match

Davide Cortimiglia secured a 6-3 win in the top flight

Aymen Alimoussa followed with a convincing 6-1 victory at No. 2 doubles

Lennart Ostheimer and
Daniel Azar edged out a 7-6 (7-1) win to complete the sweep
- Makke carried the momentum into singles with a 6-2, 6-2 win at the No. 1 position
- Alves delivered a composed straight-set victory, 6-3, 7-5, in the second flight
- Alimoussa continued the run with a 6-4, 6-4 win at No. 3 singles

Santino Morel had a strong showing in the fourth flight, 6-2, 6-4
- Cortimiglia closed out the day with a dominant 6-1, 6-2 win in the sixth flight
