Junior (2015): Started all 15 games for the Fighting Knights in the attack…named to the All-Sunshine State Conference Second Team…established program records in goals (41) and points (54)…also distributed 13 assists…won 19 ground balls and forced five turnovers…best performance of the season came against Palm Beach Atlantic (2/21) where he set a program records in goals with six and points with eight…ranked in the top-five in the Sunshine State Conference in six different categories (goals per game, total goals, points per game, shots per game, game winning goals and man-down goals per game).

Prior to Lynn (2013-14): As a freshman he saw time in 12 games…made his first collegiate appearance in an 8-7 win against LIU-Post (3/1) and scored his first collegiate goal against Pace (3/26)…tallied seven goals and five assists for 12 points…recorded season-high five points behind two goals and three assists at American International (4/15)…also picked up three ground balls and caused three turnovers...appeared in nine games as a sophomore, recording one goal and one assist.

High School: Played football and lacrosse at Lynnbrook High School...was a two-time All-County selection...earned the Lynbrook Community Service Award...member of Athletes Creating Excellence Club...coached PAL Lacrosse and taught at lacrosse clinics.

Personal: Born March 22, 1994...son of Anthony and Mary Rainone...has a sister named Gianna...majoring in sports management...aspires to work for Nike as a team representative and marketer.
