Junior (2013): Started all 18 games… named to the All-Sunshine State Conference Second Team and selected for the SSC All-Tournament Team… earned NSCAA First Team and Daktronics Second Team All-South Region honors…tallied five goals, one assist and 11 points with 32 shots…tied for second on the team in goals and tied for fourth in points… anchored a defense line to a Sunshine State Conference-best 0.98 goals against average and 0.50 GAA in league play with six shutouts…scored goal in first match of season, a 4-1 victory over Shorter (9/6)… scored the game-winning goal in a 4-1 victory against Florida Southern (9/21)…had a season-high two goals in 3-1 match against Nova Southeastern (10/5)… also scored against Eckerd (10/16)… earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

Prior to Lynn: Attended Marshalltown Community College for two years…recorded 10 goals, nine assists and 29 points over his two seasons while earning NSCAA Division I First Team All-America  and Scholar All-America honors and First Team All-Region accolades…as a senior, started all 22 games, posting seven goals and five assists for 19 points on 28 shots while anchoring a defense which logged nine shutouts...helped the Tigers to a NJCAA Division I National Tournament appearance with a 14-6-2 record…in his junior season, appeared in 13 games, notching three goals and four assists for 10 points.

High School: Attended IES Generalife.

Personal: Born June 16, 1989…son of Jose Manuel Lopez-Urquinzar and Ascension Maria Mochon-Castro…has one sibling; Miguel…psychology major…aspires to become a sports psychologist…enjoys traveling, going to the beach, meeting new people and hanging out with friends and family in his spare time.
