Biography

Senior (2016-17): In the fall, teamed up with Diana Bogolii to defend their ITA Division II and Oracle Cup national championships…picked up a win over Division I UTEP at the ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships…named a Second Team CoSIDA Academic All-American, one of six Academic All-Americans in program history and the first from the Lynn women's tennis team to make the second team or better since 2006...finishes her Lynn career as a five-time ITA All-American…earned All-America status in both singles and doubles, finishing the year ranked No. 15 in the nation in singles and ranked No. 4 in doubles with Stefanie Stemmer…was named to the All-Sunshine State Conference First Team in both singles and doubles, becoming just the second player in program history to be an eight-time All-SSC selection…went undefeated in singles during the spring season at 17-0 between the second and third flights…was 5-0 in SSC singles matches and won all six matchups against nationally-ranked opponents…tallied a 24-2 doubles record, all at the top position…went 7-0 in conference doubles contests…posted a 10-2 mark against nationally-ranked doubles squads…tallied back-to-back straight-set singles upsets against No. 16 UIndy’s seventh-ranked Stephanie Hirsch (3/15) and No. 9 St. Mary’s sixth-ranked Ally Maciel (3/18)...earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better...named an ITA Scholar-Athlete. 

Junior (2015-16): Started off her junior campaign on a historic level by teaming up with Diana Bogolii to become the first doubles pair in program history to win the 'Super Bowl' at the USTA/ITA National Small College Championships during the fall season...in the spring, she was selected as an ITA All-American in doubles as well as an All-SSC First Team pick in both singles and doubles...one of the Fighting Knights' most clutch performers down the final stretch of the season, clinching multiple close matches for Lynn...secured the winning singles point against Barry in both the regular-season finale as well as the SSC Championship...finished with a 17-2 singles record between the No. 2 and 3 positions...was 5-2 in conference and 5-1 vs. nationally-ranked opponents on the year...posted a 19-7 record in doubles, all at the top flight...earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better...named an ITA Scholar-Athlete.  

Sophomore (2015): Was an ITA All-American in both singles and doubles...went 19-3 in singles and 17-8 in doubles bouts… Willig went 2-1 versus nationally ranked opponents and 2-0 when against regionally ranked opponents… her most impressive performance during the season was at the #4 ranked West Florida when she defeated the #19 player in Division Two Monika Kochanova 4-6, 6-2, 6-3… together with Vale Confalonieri the duo went 13-4 in doubles competitions… was named to the All-Sunshine State Conference First Team in both singles and doubles with Confalonieri… earned a place on the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll in the spring for a grade point average of 3.2 or better… named the ITA South Region Player to Watch.

Freshman (2014): Went 19-5 in singles with a 16-4 record as Lynn's No. 2 singles player... went 6-2 in SSC action and teamed with Andrea Berkova for a 16-3 doubles record as Lynn's No. 2 doubles duo... the pair went 7-1 in SSC play and began the season 14-0 before falling to #1 Armstrong's sixth-ranked pair Marlen Hacke and Olga Kalodzitsa, 8-5, on March 14, 2014... won her first career singles match against St. Thomas' Gabi Bongiovanni on February 3, 2014... earned All-SSC Second Team accolades in both doubles and singles and was named the SSC Freshman of the Year making it the third straight year a member of Lynn's squad earned the honor... named to the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll in the spring.

Personal: Born April 26, 1994...daughter of Dorothee and Ulrich...has one sibling, Felix...enjoys shopping, soccer, yoga and going to the beach...pursuing an MBA in marketing.
