Biography

Sophomore (2013-14): Played in 23 games, starting 19… averaged 8.3 points and 4.3 rebounds…shot 32.8 percent from the field, 33.3 percent from three point range, and 78 percent from the charity stripe…recorded double-digit points in nine contest… made first start in the season-opener against Florida Memorial (11/9), scoring nine points and dishing out two assists… had a season-high 10 rebounds against Nova Southeastern (1/8), also had seven points and three steals… led the team in scoring against Rollins (1/15) with 18 points.

Prior to Lynn: Attended Division I Northern Michigan University where he played basketball for two years... as a freshman he appeared in 25 games while earning 22 starts... scored double-digits in 20 games while leading the team in four statistical categories, including three-point field goals made and steals... also led the team in minutes played... medically redshirted in his second year. 

High School: Attended Alexander Hamilton High School in Milwaukee, Wisc., where he played four years of varsity basketball under head coach Tom Diener... average 16 points per game... named All-State Honorable Mention and led the Wildcats to a sectional championship where they qualified for the Division I Final Four State Tournament... the team posted a 20-7 record while he garnered honors on the All-Area and All-Conference teams... recognized as a Heiser featured student-athlete during his time at Alexander Hamilton.

Personal: Born June 22, 1993... son of Cathy Stampley... has one sibling; Ashe Posey... sports management major... lists basketball as his favorite sport and Kobe Bryant as his favorite athlete... lists Friday After Next, Fast Five and The Lion King as some of his favorite movies... favorite music is Hip Hop, Rap and R&B... his favorite quote is “I’ve failed over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed” - Michael Jordan.
