Sophomore (2015): Appeared in 10 games during his first season with the lacrosse team, recording one goal on two shots while scooping up 13 groundballs...earned SSC Commissioner Honor Roll recognition for earning a 3.2 grade point average or better.

High School: Played lacrosse and soccer at Gonzaga College High School…member of the GCHS 2012 Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championship team.

Personal: Born July 7, 1994…son of John and Kelly Formant…has one sibling; John Jr…Entrepreneurship major…enjoys playing basketball, going to the beach and hanging out with friends in his spare time…favorite words of wisdom ‘A hero is no braver than an ordinary man, but he is braver five minutes longer’ – Ralph Waldo Emerson…favorite movie is Forrest Gump…would most like to visit Greece in the future…also a three-year member of the Lynn men’s soccer team, winning a National Championship in 2014.
